The Little Giant Shiraz continues to be the favorite in the Wombat family. The wine shows chocolate and mocha characters and the addition of the spicier more elegant fruit of the cooler Eden Valley, adds aromatic lift, interest, and freshness. This is a contemporary Barossa Shiraz having pent maturation time in older oak adding subtle vanilla and earthy nuances. There's softness on the finish while maintaining freshness and vibrancy. Pair with a chargrilled steak with a peppercorn sauce. .
